Another new arrival

[Wearing a satin red gown that has gold lace trim. She wears a white silk robe over this. Upon her feet are formal shoes. She shouldn't be wearing them because she has been scolded before for doing so (they should only be worn for important occasions) and she was out wearing them while picking tea leaves. In her hand is a basket of the small leaves. Her eyes widen when she realizes she's not where she was anymore.]

H...Hello?

[She feels a presence behind her. She's pretty good with knowing when someone is or isn't watching her. She turns and when she does look at him, her mouth almost drops open. She however, does not let this happen because that would be an improper thing for her to do. Even though she is shocked, she tries to keep her composure.]

[She doesn't enjoy it when people stare at her all that much of course. She says her next words firm and yet friendly and soft at the same time.]

I suppose you could say that. This place is..It's not where I was before. I was picking tea leaves in my garden and was about to attend the royal dinner but ended up here.

[Well, now she's a bit confused. Perhaps this was all a coincidence? And if having the same name and also having traces of each others looks was indeed one, how awkward would that be? No, there's too many things for it to be a mere coincidence.]

[She raises her eyebrows and takes a look at the buildings. Things appear to be familiar and yet at the same time not.]

But this is not the Central I'm used to. This is quite different.

[She blushes and nods.]

I have to say that I've never met a person named Greed before. Very interesting name.

This is Central but not the Central I know. It's rather strange. Perhaps this is a dream?

This place feels..Not as advanced as the one I know and..Doesn't look it either. Not to mention the flags are blue instead of green. The vehicles here look old fashioned like something out of a book too. Plus there aren't as many shops around either. Oh! And there's supposed to be a massive three story shopping center over there.

[She explains and points at an empty lot.]

In Xing the elders have refused to make such advances. They believe that a laid back society is better than one with technological chaos. I can't say that I blame them. It's nice to visit Central once in a while but the hustle and bustle of everything, well..Xing is much more peaceful. Very beautiful. We're old fashioned I guess you could say.

The Elder's have always been uptight pricks. Unless they're different in your time. I suppose I'm not surprised to hear all this.

Is Xing divided by clans then? You became the ...Empress by attaining immortality?

Yes they are very stubborn and Xing is not divided by clans. I became the Empress by a strange twist of fate I suppose you could say.

It's amazing. Well minus the war going on. It's hard to describe. It has the simplicity of a lush countryside but at the same time the advances of modern times.
