*a soft whine can be heard on the breeze, increasing in volume until it culminates in a loud crash as a small blue blur hits the side of a building at breakneck speed. A series of smaller thunks follows as he falls to the street below, a large round shield rolling away as a man in blue lays still on the cobblestones for a moment.
After a moment, he sits up suddenly with a soft groan and looks around. Face largely hidden by blue fabric, confusion is still evident in his posture and what can be seen of his lower face as he takes in the hugely unfamiliar surroundings*
.... the hell?
(ooc: Continuing the trend of superheroes, have Captain Amestris. I'll try to remember to mod him some icons this week... that star is going to be replaced with the Amestrian military insignia)
