Hum.... Where am I? *looks around* I don't remember being in this place before... Everything looks strange, and people are wearing funny clothing.

I think I stepped onto an activated portkey by accident and ended up here. Can someone please tell me where is here, or where I can find the authorities allowed to build me a portkey so I can go back to England or Germany? I am still underage, so I can not apparate on my own.

*whispers* I hope I am on a wizarding city, but then again, I saw a guy using something that looked like magic back on the other street in plain view of all, so I don't think I'm anywhere muggle.




[[Edit: Probably I should mention that while this Hei is not a female =P, he is not at all canon either. He is a child, he is 13 but barely looks past 11. Maybe I should look for icons more appropriate for him, but I don't really have the patience. =X Also, he walks around in wizarding robes, and talks with a German accent.]]

A lot of these people I've been seeing look... like my friends and fellow officers.

....interesting. I can't quite recall ever reading about a city like this. Nor does it seem like any sort of city you'd find in Reial. Oh hell. Did we somehow fly beneath the continent? Well considering the trouble we got into ever since that leak it'd be a better place to take cover until things calm down but that still doesn't explain where I am, where everyone else is, and why I'm not on the ship!

One thing at a time I suppose. Doesn't look like there's too much to be overtly concerned about within the city itself, but by now I've definitely learned looks can be deceiving. Huh.
