*It's a quiet and peaceful day in Central so far. She arrives and is sitting on the sidewalk wearing a pair of shorts and a tanktop. In her right hand is a bowl of rice and in her left is a pair of chopsticks. She's trying to eat the rice with the chopsticks, but failing miserably*

*He shrugs and glances around*

*And it begins to start raining. She tilts her head to the side and goes back to trying to eat the rice with a shrug*

It's basically about a race of mutants called Diclonius who are similar to humans that have cat ear like horns and special abilities. Fair warning though, the anime is pretty bloody. If you get queasy easily I wouldn't suggest watching it. Other than that it's an amazing show. ]]
