*It's a quiet and peaceful day in Central so far. She arrives and is sitting on the sidewalk wearing a pair of shorts and a tanktop. In her right hand is a bowl of rice and in her left is a pair of chopsticks. She's trying to eat the rice with the chopsticks, but failing miserably*

*He shrugs and glances around*

Kohta?

*And it begins to start raining. She tilts her head to the side and goes back to trying to eat the rice with a shrug*

It's basically about a race of mutants called Diclonius who are similar to humans that have cat ear like horns and special abilities. Fair warning though, the anime is pretty bloody.
