Seems to me, everyone's getting so used to being here...

We haven't had any confused new arrivals in awhile, have we?
Or people talking about getting home.

It's better than the last place I was, anyway.
Even if Al's not here, either.

Still... Being this quiet. I wonder if something's going on, that we don't know about.

I don't know... but everyone disappearing at the same time seems a little suspicious to me.

And where was the last place you were?

I don't think so.

It was some place... That these supposed 'gods' brought us. I wasn't there for long, so I never really figured out what they wanted- *A hand lifted to the green collar still secured around the teen's neck*

but they brought different versions from other universes, just like this place does...

-frowns at the collar- And they used that collar to control you? Do you want me to try and remove it for you?

I'm not sure what the point of the collar is... *Ed confessed, with a shrug* I bet the light has something to do wit-

-looks the collar over- I'm gonna use alchemy first. If that doesn't work, I'll try cutting it. If those fail, I have a backup plan -pats his pocket-

We tried alchemy, there. Three Eds in one place, of course our first attempt was alchemy. Cutting it doesn't work either...

Unless it's different, because I'm not there anymore.

Alright then -takes out a purplish red stone- I'll try this. It works like a Philosopher's stone, only it takes a little out of me. Hold still -touches the stone to the collar and concentrates-

*Ed tensed slightly as Russel touched the strange stone to the collar. She remained still not wanting to cause any more strain than necessary, if it was going to drain him, as well* .... It takes what out of you?

It saps some of my strength. The bigger the job, the more it drains me -smiles- It's really not too bad. A little nap, and I'm good as new.
