*He had tried to remain calm throughout the day. He really had. It wasn't easy, and Wrath was losing the battle now, the more and more he thought about it. It didn't help that he hadn't seen Izumi or Sloth anywhere, and nearly as bad that he had once again been separated form his guardian. He had tried returning to where they were staying for now...to no avail. Even Envy...was nowhere to be found.*

Nngn...

*he curled up on a bench, drawing a knee to his chest, shuddering. Dante...Dante was here now. And with her, had come a ton of unpleasant memories. Disturbed, alone, Wrath peered through the curtain of messy hair, but he couldn't immediately see anyone.

But that didn't mean no one was around.*

Edward! *he called out, his voice rising, the upset tone easily understood.*
MOMMY! EDWARD! ENVY! SLOTH! EDWARD! MOMMY!

*he called out again and again, louder this time, only pausing to gulp in air. He remained there, crouched down on the bench, angrily shuddering.*

[He had been walking around in the city and heard that loud noise so of course, him being the curious one, had to check out what it was exactly. When he spotted Wrath, he walked over to him.]

What's wrong?

*His head shot up in surprise, staring at the other in shock. Even after his bratty actions earlier...he had...*

A lot of stuff... *he said hoarsely, glancing up at him miserably.

[He walked over to him and took a seat upon the empty spot on the bench.]

Tell me?

*He scooted to sit beside him, huffing, sighing, letting his legs dangle slowly*

Dante is here now, and I can't find Edward. And I haven't seen my mommy...

Whoa- hey, it's you! Kid?... Uh... are you okay?

... Why is it I only seem to show up when you're crying?[sighs]

Edward, Edward, I WANT EDWARD! Dante is here, I hate her hate her hate her!

*She wasn't Claire. She wasn't Izumi or Sloth....but she was kind, and his arms came out and up, despite his will to keep them at his side.*

[takes the hint and picks him up, cuddling him as she does so. She's a tall athletic girl, she can carry him a bit.]

I take it this Dante person is a real witch, then eh?

Don't worry. [strokes his hair] It's alright. Want to go look for Edward?

*He'd heard the yelling from earlier, but only just now made it to where Wrath was - Ed was pretty sure the boy's voice carried clear across Central, and he'd find him no matter how far apart they were. As the screaming continued, the blond turned the corner to find Wrath being picked up by that woman from before- and stopped short. Golden eyes blinked, and he looked from one to the other - mostly trying to determine if Wrath was calming down any - before speaking.*

Wrath, what happened? *He didn't step forward, seeming almost wary of Jeane - like a wild animal watching a human interact with their young from a short distance away. Another quick glance was given towards the other blonde, but for the most part his gaze remained on the boy in her arms*

*Clumsily, wrath slid the leg that was still flesh about her hips for a better balance, arms locked about her neck. He wasn't sobbing, but he was quietly sniffling against her ear*

I hate her. She's a horrible person and should die!

*he whispered savagely against her ear before that voice carried to his ears and, calming slowly with her cuddling he glanced up, spying Ed*

Edward! Dante is here! I saw her, I talked to her!

[whispers] Shhh... it's okay. Shh...

*He settled against her for the moment, sighing softly*

Oh, there you are. [Jeane looked at the other blonde, still holding onto the dark haired boy, and stroking his hair and back hoping it was making him feel at least a little better]

See, Kid? Edward's right here. [Her tone changed, softer and sweeter than when she was addressing Ed, and she dropped a little kiss on the top of his head.] Every thing's fine now, right?

[turning her attention back to Edward her tone changed again, this time with a hint of annoyance] Jeez! Don't leave the kid alone again, alright?

... Dante? *The blonde murmured. That confirmed his suspicions then, didn't it? She really did have something to do with the homunculi- even Teacher had called that theory a stretch.* What'd she say to you? *He asked, tensing visibly at the idea.

*Golden eyes flickered back to the girl, expression remaining practically indifferent - still remotely cautious as he watched her interact with Wrath.* He comes and goes as he pleases *Edward answered with a shrug, tone showing no hint of malice but lacking in the urgency it had when speaking to Wrath* I watch out for him as much as I can, but I'm not going to tell him what to do.

[frowns slightly, but doesn't argue back]

Make sure you take good care of him then. And keep that Dante woman away from him. ... I don't know what she did, but it couldn't have been good.

*Ed doesn't seem to notice the frown, so there's no further explanation as he nods in response to her words.* Trust me, the last thing I want is for him to go back to her.

And if you happen to come across her, you should get the hell out of there, too.

Sooo, do I just hand him off to you then? Or do you want me to carry him home?

*Giving her one last squeeze and a soft thank you he climbed down, sighing softly, moving towards Edward*

*Edward smiled slightly at Wrath, turning his attention back to the woman with a slight tilt of his head.* Thanks...

and I mean what I said. Be careful around here, this place is getting more dangerous every day.

*He moved to Edward's side, leaning against his arm for a moment, sighing.*

Sure. I'll remember that.

She's here...I think she's looking for Envy, she wanted her pet
*He added quietly.*

I don't like her here. Not after last time!

Wrath!? What is it!?

Sloth! Mommy!

*Wrath rarely, even now differentiated between those he viewed as his mother, and now was no exception. As soon as he heard her voice he was leaping up, throwing his arms about her waist.*

Dante is here!

Dante...?

I suppose it was only a matter of time...

*wraps her arms around him* There, there, it'll be okay. There are many homunculi here...too many for her to handle. I'm sure we can all band together against here...*although to be honest she's apprehensive about doing something like that and would rather do nothing, lazy woman. 8|*

She's here, I saw her! *he clung to her, shuddering*

I hate her, Sloth. I hate her! *he mumbled, hiding his face*

Aw, are you afraid? Poor baby.

*He about leapt out of his skin at her voice, whirling on the bench, glowering*

You go away! I hate you!

*grins*

You have no idea what I've got in store for you. Runt.

No! NONONONONO! *he howled, perching, catlike on the bench, bracing his hands and feet easily as he glowered at her*
