Umm... I don't know if this is a good idea or not, because... well... it might cause homesickness.... but then... it could help it too.... but....

Oh, so many new...pretties. With scarves and fireworks and snow and blood falling. A red Yule, did you have it?

I celebrated mine by waking up in the snow, world dark and sparkling and looking dead in the middle of the freezing night. How about yours?

[There's screaming. Fletcher's had a particularly bad dream. Not fun. The only one with him at the time is Russel, but feel free to comment anyway -- he'll go outside later in the day, after all, and that scream was definitely loud enough to be heard outside of their apartment.]

I don't know if it should be sad or not that people are leaving. I mean, it's sad to see some of them go, but it means that they are going home... or somewhere better... right?


But it's almost Christmas time, I think.
Does this world have Christmas? Do any of you celebrate it?


I think we should decorate this apartment a little at least... would anyone else like to help me?

Nng... why... does my head hurt so damn bad? And... where am I for that matter?

[pauses, glances around with a wince. His neck hurts, too, making it difficult to turn his head]

Well this can't be good. I wasn't drinking last night. I know I'm not hung over. ... hallucination is always a possiblity but the question would be... how and why?

[sighs, rubbing his sore neck and muttering to himself a little more]

Okay, get it together, Roy. There's obviously something going on here.

Hello?! Is there anyone around?!

[frowns, as he's a little unnerved by the slight echo his voice made...]

Um...Okay, I'm lost...
One moment I'm in my apartment planning that Christmas party with Ed and now I'm somewhere totally different again... This is just like how I got to Memento.
At least I don't have another case of amnesia.

Is anyone here?
I'm fine being here as long as I'm not alone.
